Hi, I'm Craig, an award-winning social media specialist based near London in the UK. 

I have over a decade of experience in social media, working across a wide range of clients - from producing social-first campaigns and always-on content for large multi-nationals to running targeted media ads for local businesses. Most recently I built and led a social media content studio within the Publicis Groupe.

My skills include social strategy and consultation, creative development, social media management, influencer managment, as well as production and delivery - specialising in social media and mobile content. 

During my career I have helped to change the way that companies produce, ideate and deliver social media content. I am constantly on the pulse of the latest platform developments, and have a strong black book of industry contacts.

Online presence is more important than ever. 

70% of Gen Xers are more likely to buy from brands they follow on social, and 50% of millennials use the internet to research products.

From creative development and strategy through to production, campaigns need to be optimised for consumption online. That's where my knowledge of consumer behaviours and platform best-practice can help to get the most out of every idea.

I can help to improve results of brands across social via content and platform strategy, informing brand guidelines, as well as offering behaviour insights, social media audits and competitor analysis.

Social media management is an important ​consideration, no matter what size of business.

I have experience of setting up channels, populating content calendars, creating regular content, and engaging with audiences for many clients. 

Managing social content in this way allows for the alignment of channels with brand objectives and strategic thinking. It also ensures that upcoming events and announcements have been prepared for and scheduled, rather than hastily produced.

Effectiveness of social media management can also be tracked through monthly reporting, where best performing pieces of content can help to educate future pieces of work.
